Both options include 1 (one) hour before and after for setup and cleanup.

FOR ALL EVENTS AND ALL LOCATIONS OF RENTAL

** Add $50/hr if staff is needed at your event or you need additional hours outside of the 4-6 hour window.

**We can provide a sound technician if needed at $50.00 per hour.

Dishes and stemware are available for rental per piece. Pricing to be discussed upon need.

Available for rent prior to concerts and other special events: $250

A deposit will be required for all events outside normal theatre hours of operation. The deposit amount will be determined by the Operations Manager, depending on the type of event.
Dressing Rooms for events held at the Ritz $50 per dressing room.
Dressing Rooms for events not held at the Ritz $100.00 per dressing room.
Renter is responsible for all damages to facility during rental.
