12 Round Tables with 8 chairs each available, 6ft and 8ft rectangular tables also available.
Both options include 1 (one) hour before and after for setup and cleanup.
THEATRE
1 to 2 hours $250

LEWIS BUILDING

FOR ALL EVENTS AND ALL LOCATIONS OF RENTAL
** Add $50/hr if staff is needed at your event or you need additional hours outside of the 4-6 hour window.
**We can provide a sound technician if needed at $50.00 per hour.
Round tablecloths are available for rental fee of $20. Colors include black and white.
Rectangle stretchy tablecloths available at no charge. Colors include black and white.
Dishes and stemware are available for rental per setup. Pricing to be discussed upon need.
Birthday Party Movie Special
- $150.00
- Includes 1 hour before or after movie.
- Rental price does not include ticket price of the movie currently playing.
- Concessions are additional.
Mezzanine
Available for rent prior to concerts and other special events: $250

Other Fees and Charges:
- A deposit will be required for all events outside normal theatre hours of operation. The deposit amount will be determined by the Operations Manager, depending on the type of event.
- Dressing Rooms for events held at the Ritz $50 per dressing room.
- Dressing Rooms for events not held at the Ritz $100.00 per dressing room.
- Renter is responsible for all damages to facility during rental.
